Preschool of Rock at MAMM is a fun, engaging 6-week program for future rock legends aged 0-5. During each WEEKLY 30-minute session, kids (and caregivers!) will get moving, explore instruments, and rock out. Encourage your student's curiosity for music with games and sing-alongs designed to promote playful music making. But this isn't your parents' preschool music class! MAMM is a "school of rock" after all, so children should expect to jam out to songs in the rock tradition and other modern styles. Join us to make some noise with your little one! New this fall: Our young rockstars can participate in an optional performance on Saturday, November 1!

*IMPORTANT NOTE: If we do not meet minimum enrollment, we will combine into one multi-age class.
REGISTRATION, TUITION, & FEES
Sign up for “Preschool of Rock: INTEREST”. Please include a note in your registration about which day & time works best for you!
If we have enough interest, we will run separate classes for ages 0-2 and ages 2-5. If not, we will combine the groups into one 0-5 class. After collecting a critical mass of registrations, the registrar will contact you to let you know the details. Please reach out to registrar@mamm.rocks if you have any questions.
Once you are enrolled, the registrar will post tuition and fees to your account:
$120 tuition for each six-week Preschool of Rock session
One-time $45 instrument kit fee. Kit includes plastic ukulele, egg shaker, & drum mallet. These items are YOURS to keep and reuse for future Preschool of Rock sessions and for jamming out at home.
There is no extra fee to participate in the performance.
The annual registration fee (normally $60) is NOT due for Preschool of Rock.

Instructor Khaya Cohen has spent the past decade of her life exploring different avenues in music. She received her Music Together certification upon moving to Maine in 2022, and getting to play music with little ones has been enhancing her love of music, reminding her why it is so special and vital to our society!
She earned a bachelor’s degree from NYU's Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music. Khaya has a wide array of skills and a knowledge base that ranges from vocals, songwriting, guitar, bass, piano, production, and engineering.
