The Maine Academy of Modern Music (MAMM) is thrilled to announce our new partnership with the Berklee City Music Network (BCMN)! As the only music school in Maine to join the Berklee City Music Network, we're excited about the opportunities this collaboration will bring for our students, faculty, and community.

Berklee City Music Network is a consortium of over 40 community organizations across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America that leverages the power of contemporary music to empower youth from under-resourced communities. Students benefit from the Berklee PULSE® online music method, scholarship opportunities, expert mentoring, and a comprehensive curriculum that supports well-rounded development.

“This is a really meaningful step forward for our programs,” said MAMM Director Jeff Shaw. “Becoming part of the Berklee City Music Network helps us bring more resources, support, and opportunities to our students across the state. It builds on what we’re already doing and helps ensure that where a student lives in Maine doesn’t determine what they can access or achieve.”
